1)Sourcing Requirements Planning - We develop a comprehensive sourcing requirements plan through the understanding of the current situation, supplier criteria, material requirements, pricing targets, time horizons, and quality metrics. 2) Supplier Scorecard - Upon the completion of a sourcing requirements plan, we develop a roster of potential suppliers, a supplier scorecard, and a ranking of suppliers based upon the sourcing requirements plan objectives. 3) Supplier Selection and Management - Once a primary and secondary supplier have been identified. KIDC will assist with selecting the supplier, factory inspections, negotiating prices, oversee tooling and factory production, contracting, samples, scheduling, quality inspections, insurance, payments, customs clearance, exportation and importation, and delivery.
